Where two or more sheets of paper are folded in half, and bound together in the spine with two staples. This method of binding is not viable for over 60 page booklets as they are too thick to satisfactorily saddle stitch, often bulging at the spine.

Tips for Outstanding Covers

Of course,  you can choose 150gsm Gloss Artpaper, same as the contents' stock.
Or make it outstanding to thicker stock such as 250gsm or 300gsm Gloss Artpaper.
Or add on extra finishing such as Gloss or Matt Laminate or even Spot UV on covers!
